Come Listen to a Prophet's Voice

Dear Shad,

This morning I made Grandpa and me German Pancakes for breakfast.

They were yummy. You should ask Jayce to make you some sometime. He makes yummy ones too. Here is the recipe if he doesn't remember.

German Pancakes

1 cup milk
6 eggs
1 cup flour
1/2 tsp. salt

Blend it all together in the blender and then pour it into a 9x13 inch pan that has 2 tsp. melted butter in it.

Bake at 400 for 20 minutes.

He can double the recipe if he wants to make a lot, but don't double the salt.

After breakfast we watched conference on TV again. The cats decided they wanted to help me take notes.

They were as helpful as you used to be when you would help me take notes during sacrament meeting. Nala kept trying to hold the pen and Worf wanted to eat the notebook. Sparrow came and sat on the notebook for a while, but he didn't want to have his picture taken.

It is always exciting to see and hear the prophet speak in conference.

I know that Thomas S. Monson is a prophet of God and that if we listen to his counsel and follow it we will be doing what Heavenly Father wants us to do.

Tonight we went out to the rez for dinner. I sat outside and watched all the planes fly up in the sky for a while. There were lots and lots of them.

Love,
Grandma
